• 1. Ambulance calls within Delhi-NCR (upto 20 km) only
• 2. For outstation calls beyond Delhi NCR, Normal charges shall be applicable
• 3. Waiting charges are applicable beyond 15 mins for each call at applicable charges
• 4. Our average response time is 15 minutes and not the standard time. This is because delays may occur due to traffic etc.
• 5. This subscription is for immediate family only. For instance, If a parent books it, then it is valid for their children and spouse only. You can also opt the same for your parents and yourself and siblings.
